From January 13 to 16, 2026, the 4th Zhuhai Conference on Research Evaluation and Scientific Journal Development was successfully held in Zhuhai, China. With the theme of "Synergistic Development of Research Evaluation and Academic Publishing", the conference brought together renowned experts, scholars, journal editors, and industry representatives from home and abroad to delve into key topics shaping the future of scientific publishing. IMR Press was honored to participate and deliver a thematic report, reinforcing its commitment to upholding academic integrity and enhancing publication quality.

IMR Press is pleased to announce the renewal of its media partnership with Keystone Symposia on Molecular and Cellular Biology, following a successful year of collaboration. This renewed agreement reinforces the shared mission of both organizations to advance scientific communication and support global research communities.

To further uphold research integrity, enhance publication quality, and contribute to a trustworthy scholarly communication ecosystem, IMR Press has in recent years continued to advance the development of its research-integrity and publication-ethics framework. Substantial effort has been devoted to the ongoing revision and refinement of the publishing and ethical policies of all IMR Press journals to ensure alignment with international standards such as those of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the ICMJE.
